The definition of perfection is subjective and can vary from person to person. The saying “practice makes perfect” is well-known, but is it accurate? Even professionals who have achieved numerous successful outcomes in their field, such as a surgeon who has performed 100 successful surgeries, a scientist who has launched 100 rockets, or an engineer who has created 100 successful products, do not consider themselves perfect. They strive for better results and continue to work towards improvement. However, why is perfection still sought after?

Perfection is simply a state of mind, and it is subjective. It is essential to value oneself, as the worth of something cannot be changed even if it is damaged, like crumpling a 2000 rupee note and throwing it in the dustbin. Perfection is an ideal scenario, and it varies based on what people want to see. For example, a teacher wants their students to be perfect in their subject, a sports coach wants their students to be perfect in their sport, parents want their children to be perfect in games, studies, and sports, and a businessman wants their employees to be perfect in their work. However, is perfection attainable?

The answer is no Everyone is imperfect, and perfection does not exist. Perfection is just a state of mind of a particular individual. For instance, a cricketer like MS Dhoni may be perfect in cricket but not in politics, indicating that perfection is subjective and limited to a specific area of expertise.
